I modernized Suntex Global’s website to communicate credibility and global reach with a clear, professional design language—so international clients can evaluate offerings faster.
Repositioning a global sourcing leader for credibility, discoverability, and enterprise trust
Role: Product Designer (end-to-end: UI/UX, Research, Growth)
Surface: Corporate/B2B website (desktop & mobile)
A 25-year sourcing leader deserved a global-grade digital presence. The site felt dated, navigation was noisy, and SEO underplayed the company’s real reach—hurting RFQ clarity and enterprise confidence. My mandate: make Suntex instantly credible to decision-makers, effortless to navigate, and easy to convert.
I treated it as a system. First, I made it findable with modular IA and scanning-friendly layouts, plus an interactive sourcing map to communicate footprint at a glance. Then understandable with rewritten copy that highlights reliability, speed, and coverage—and a refreshed enterprise visual language (crisp palette, typographic hierarchy). Finally, actionable & trustworthy with tuned RFQ flows, action-driven CTAs, region-aware usability testing, and analytics wired to see where buyers stall.
Impact:
Post-launch, bounce rate fell by ~30%,
User retention ~40%,
High-value industry terms reached top-5 Google rankings,
Engagement/time on site strengthened—lifting CTA click-through and perceived trust across regions.
